Welcome to Woodbox! These Terms of Service govern your use of our turf soccer field rental services. By booking, accessing, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms. Reservations must be made in advance through our website, or phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.

Users must respect all posted rules and staff instructions. No food, gum, or beverages (except water) are allowed on the turf. Only turf-appropriate footwear (no metal cleats) is permitted. Any damage caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the renter. Woodbox is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Woodbox is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during field usage. Users assume all risks associated with playing sports on the turf field.

Aggressive behavior, fighting, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal without a refund. Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. Woodbox reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules. In the event of severe weather, Woodbox may cancel reservations and provide rescheduling options or refunds. - Light rain does not constitute a reason for cancellation unless safety is compromised.
